Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank / UPI / Card).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to share your bank details or UPI ID to receive the refund.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Order
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order contact us within 72 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

Once verified, we will:
- Reship the product, or
- Issue a refund for the affected item(s)
How to Request a Return/Exchange
You can request a return by:
- Submitting a request through our website, or
- Emailing us at support.stickering@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Phone number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Supporting images/videos (if required)
Note:
Return requests may be declined if the product appears used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival
If refused:
- Refund will be processed after the package is returned back to us
Delivery & Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email & WhatsApp
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location
