Refund policy


Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank / UPI / Card).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to share your bank details or UPI ID to receive the refund.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Order

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order contact us within 72 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

Once verified, we will:

  • Reship the product, or
  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

 How to Request a Return/Exchange

You can request a return by:

  • Submitting a request through our website, or
  • Emailing us at support.stickering@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Phone number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Supporting images/videos (if required)

Note:
Return requests may be declined if the product appears used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival

If refused:

  • Refund will be processed after the package is returned back to us

Delivery & Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email & WhatsApp
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location
